CrossFit Crack Addict

So I don't really have anything important to say, I'm just going to write what I'm thinking about...this is the stuff that I was talking about keeping out of my BT log.

I'm super excited about CrossFit. Something new to FINALLY light my fire, after oh...2 years?! Hopefully getting in better shape with CF will motivate me to ride and swim again. I do miss it, I want to be an ironman again. It is daunting, only because I don't have the "ignorance is bliss" attitude as I did the first time around. I know how much training is required. I want to do better than last time, so that means I have to work even harder...like swimming more than once a week and riding more than 2-3x a week. Damn, I was good to do it the first time on such little training. I can say that I never missed a run :)

Where was I? Oh yeah, CrossFit. Awesome. I wish I had been in a place a year ago, or could be in a place now, to open a CF gym. Find a town without one, that could have a market, and go for it. With Kurt obviously. That would be the dream now wouldn't it?

Its so painfully fantastic, I want to go again. Its only offered MWF&S at the gym I can afford to go to, but I find myself, at 0400 on Sunday morning, wishing I could go now. Despite the fact that doing CF 5x a week will only result in major injuries to myself. But, its addicting. I should call it...CrackFit. I think I'll bring that over to BT. 3 of my other phrases (jockstrap, RIOW, and I forget the third) are in common use now, I think this one would stick too.
